This is the WORST gift I’ve ever given my husband. I ordered the double dozen 24 beer crate. The beers we received were Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Dos Equis…. Beers that can be purchased at any gas station. Nothing, I mean nothing original about this when I thought I had ordered micro brews and craft style beers from different places/countries. All we received were 2 beers from Mexico and 1 from Japan. I guess that’s what they call different beers???
And, I specifically asked for delivery to be on a certain day because this was a gift (that’s an option and a ‘perk’ of this) however, it was delivered 2 days late so I had no gift to even present on the day. I contacted customer service about the delay and they didn’t care saying it’s not their fault and that no refund would be given (even though I never asked for or even mentioned a refund. That was not my goal at all)
Lastly, the item was not packaged in the decorative box it shows on the website. It was a simple, plain cardboard box. It was packaged well, safe and secure but absolutely NOT what was anticipated.
My husband looked at me like I was insane that I spent over $100 for this mediocre at best beer assortment.
If you’re thinking of ordering just don’t. It’s absolutely not worth it. Save your money and go to your nearest gas station and stock up for much less.
My husband was given this for his birthday and let me say, the person who ordered got had. All the snacks would cost less than $25 at the grocery store, the liquor costs less than $40, and the cigars are less than $3 each. If you spend $200 on this god help you.
Every baskets shrink wrap was ripped. I bought three and ALL THREE were ripped. It was very well packed, so it had to have happened during packing. Id understand one but ALL three?
My supervisor and I recently ordered the Executive Gift Set BroBox to use in an upcoming silent auction. I must say it was underwhelming to to find that despite multiple photos of the box containing Whiskey Stones (including one just showing a close up on the stones), there were not actual whiskey stones included in the box. Thankfully the rest of the contents seem to be there, but I must say for the price of this package, I am disappointed.

What i received was very tiny and for the price was not worth it. Cheap little tiny version of what was potrayed on website. Very disappointing.

I think it was a little misleading from the picture and I was a little disappointed because it had double flavors and not one flavor of each all in all it was a good gift.
It’s been a while since I’ve been this excited about a gift. It was a 2am rabbit hole purchase and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! Thank you for your great customer service and quick shipping! Stoked to gift the gift 😊
What a fun product that was very highly constructed and had high quality items inside! The guys had a blast with it.
